Justin Gilmartin

Director


Justin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying & Property Economics from Dublin Institute of Technology. His background encompasses domestic, farming, turf, hospitality and medical sectors. Originally from a farming background in Sligo, he has worked in both the UK and Ireland. He is committed to the evolution and distribution of photovoltaic energy in Ireland. He will work closely with each client, individual or corporate, in order to ensure that the PV Solar Installations team achieves their specific energy requirement.

Frank Donnelly

Chief Consultant Engineer & Battery Storage Expert


Frank, who has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Ulster University, has been involved in the development and construction of several large Scale Solar Panel Farms in England and Wales (over 200,000 panels) and more recently in the design and installation of PV Solar panels in a housing development in Monkstown, Co. Dublin. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry during which time he has been involved in many large projects in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East. He was the Senior Engineer in projects such as the Project Arts Centre in Temple Bar, Clancy Barracks development in Dublin 8, the Beacon Apartments in Sandyford, the Villa Marina in the Isle of Man and recycling centres in Muscat and Khassb in Oman. Frank has also advised and instructed the ISEA in establishing the Solar Power Authority of Ireland.

Noel Conroy

Quantity Surveyor


With over 20 years experience in the construction industry in Ireland and the UK, through his tenure as a Quantity Surveyor to a diverse range of companies, Noel has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge and keen understanding of construction cost management and quantity surveying practice. He is delighted to be able to bring these skills to the assistance of PV Solar Ireland when called upon to consult on the Cost Management element of their larger Projects. Noel is currently engaged by NSBS Ireland as their Quantity Surveyor with responsibility for the Cost Management of Irish Operations.

Michael St Pierre

Senior Engineer


Michael St Pierre is a German-educated engineer with 17 years of experience in renewable energy. His first project, in 2002, was to project manage a hybrid drivetrain for commercial vehicles. In 2010 he started to work with Solar PV and has since project managed and designed several large scale projects and also roof installation. Much of his current work involves the integration of battery storage and DRM solutions.
